I was leaving #124 going because we may need to not take the roslyn update but we still need to turn off the compiler server |

.. essentially, to move the initial build to `stage1` and use `artifacts/` as the final directory for the bootstrapped build, instead of `artifacts/2/` .

Build passes. The failure is due to a small change required in the install command, in mono. |
