- Introduced a dangerous mode in the MCP tool manager that auto-approves tool calls. - Updated chat and realtime widgets to check the dangerous mode state before processing tool calls.

Adds a Dangerous Mode toggle to MCP Servers configuration, that allows auto-accepting all tool calls (useful for development). Disabled by default.
