This PR fixes incorrect relative path resolution on Windows by switching to
relativefrom pathe instead ofnode:path. The update ensures consistent cross-platform behavior in the database setup code. The unusedrelativeimport fromnode:pathis removed, and the correctrelativeimport is added alongside existingpatheutilities.Related Issues: #697
