I tested on 3 archlinux machines, this is not working, I don't even see any strong proof shows this can fix the python issue. |

The commit that added it suggests that it might apply to node 0.4 and earlier; have you checked there? |

So on archlinux, with the default If so, it's possible that changes since that commit fixed the issue without us knowing it. |
