Partially addresses #929 This PR updates two links in the "Additive Bias, Multiplicative Bias and Percent Bias" tutorial from the old CAWCR verification site to the new https://jwgfvr.github.io/forecastverification/ site. Please note, when I first built this locally, I didn't execute the notebook properly, which led to the plots disappearing from the tutorial and the tutorial gallery page. I then re-executed the notebook, and when I built it locally in RTD the plots had reappeared in the tutorial and in the thumbnail on the tutorial gallery page. When reviewing this PR, please ensure all plots appear correctly :-). |

Change looks good, I'll double-check the docs rebuild correctly. It's easier to review if only the changed cells are re-run, which is fine if they are markdown cells, but it's also fine to re-run if you need to make sure the notebook still runs correctly end-to-end. |

Looks good, rendering of the notebook is good on your fork, should be no problem for RTD building but I'll check there also once it's done.
