Partially addresses #929 Updates link from old CAWCR site to the new https://jwgfvr.github.io/forecastverification site in the binary contigency scores tutorial. This time I only re-executed the cell I changed before committing the change, so less should be visible in the diff. @nicholasloveday while I changed the link, I left the surrounding text "If you would like to know more, visit the Methods for dichotomous (yes/no) forecasts information produced by the WWRP/WGNE Joint Working Group on Forecast Verification Research" unchanged as per previous advice that WWRP/WGNE Joint Working Group on Forecast Verification Research was still the correct way to refer to the working group. |
