Replaced
vep_cache_version type 'string' with 'integer'.

This makes sense!

Can you please update all assignments to the vep_cache_version in the pipeline to be an integer instead of a string?

Closing this as I couldn't push any changes to the branch. I migrated the changes to #168 instead. Thank you for creating and submitting these changes though :)
