- change version of docker image used in processes - adapt new program signature of `force-tile-extent` - set `INTERPOLATE` parameter to previous default value of higher level processing

This PR updates the version of the underlying FORCE tool.
This prompted small changes to some local modules.
nf-testsnapshots had to be changed because of changes in output file name.
