This is a total rewrite to use Go and make this package distributable as a single binary.
In addition, the kernel, rootfs, and disk image files will be created in the installing user's home directory. The launchd agent is also placed in the user's home directory rather than system wide, this has the effect of making it so that DLite will only run automatically for a user who has installed it themselves, as well as allowing each user on a system to have their own VM.
