Trim and Align Pipeline

Cloning the Repository

This pipeline uses submodules, specifically the CRUK-CI Bioinformatics Core Alignment pipeline and the Nextflow Support module.

Thus one should clone with

git clone --recurse-submodules [email protected]:nrlab-CRUK/TAP.git [<path>]
