feat: add anti-MC system, vcpkg support, and various improvements

- Add configurable anti-MC IP system via config.lua
- Improve walking behavior (smoother movement)
- Add vcpkg dependency management and proper .gitignore
- Add getMonster() and getNpc() functions to Lua
- Improve reward boss message display
