Appveyor support is tested here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rleigh-codelibre/ome-mdbtools/build/1.0.1 and can be added to the ome/ome-mdbtools repository once this PR is merged. |

Same as ome/ome-common-java#16 (see this PR for rationale and testing instructions). Note ome-common and other dependencies are unchanged because it doesn't have a compile- or runtime-dependency upon the new version.
