Could you please check, why the wpewebkit is missing Ruby? :)

Log comes from https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/faillogs/aarch64_cortex-a53/video/wpewebkit/compile.txt
Snippet:

-- Could NOT find Ruby (missing: Ruby_EXECUTABLE Ruby_INCLUDE_DIR) (Required is at least version "2.5")
CMake Error at Source/cmake/WebKitCommon.cmake:205 (message):
Ruby 2.5 or higher is required.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMakeLists.txt:16 (include)

-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

Are you able to reproduce this locally? I'm asking because I've tried to, and even when using the same Docker images buildbot is using I am not able to reproduce the issue locally, or on any other buildhost.
Note that the issue has been present from the beginning and wasn't introduced by this version change (I had hopes it would go away, but well...)
Also note that the Github CI isn't of any help here either because it aborts due to the long build time of LLVM, Mesa and WPEWebKit.

Oh Daniel, sorry, but I am not using video feed. :-(.

I just looked at faillogs and noticed that it fails with many other packages, which I reported as well.
