I have the same problem. I don’t know how or where to send my employment contract. We don’t have any access cards, but I do have an employment contract that I cannot upload for verification. I also don’t see any email address where I could send it. Please advise. |

@samus-aran , no luck. The error message remains the same. The billing information is correct (name, address etc). Name matches exactly ... whatever bot is processing this is failing in some manner. |
