Steps

Calculate time and convert to slider-frame so Europe is still visable
Check Russian Elektro sattelite site/ftp for new image
Download high-resolution full image
Convert to anti aliased gnomonic projection
Convert to Europe projection
Set as wallpaper
Run cronjob every 30 minutes
