1. Clone the repository using the --recurse-submodules parameter (or manually initialize and update submodules of the library, see this git documentation).
2. cd gnttb && pip3 install --user .

1. Update the repository using the --recurse-submodules parameter. (Something like git fetch --recurse-submodules.)
2. Run pip3 install --user --update .
