This PR makes the following changes:

  • Updates pyproject.toml and associated uv.lock dependency files for 0.9.9.
  • Upgrades all previous academy, technical guides, and finance use case notebooks to 0.9.9.
  • Updates all corresponding READMEs.
  • Updates render notebook script to be more reliable (but need to refactor).
  • Updates the README link for Test workflow to point to the main branch.
  • Updates the file organization for tests and utils.
  • Updates the target notebook logic to allow individual notebook paths.
