This commit refactors the project to create a minimalist command-line tool, `howto`, which uses AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek) to fetch concise technical solutions. The previous Python package starter structure has been removed. The tool's functionality is similar to `howdoi`, but leverages modern AI capabilities.
