How is this used? Is it a reference to the database column? I'm not really sure why it would be in the frontend/be translated..

yeah, To be honest, I am not sure either. Who would know?

Discussed with @cmadjar on slack. It is a hidden header in the downloaded CSV, so I think we can merge this given that @AdamAlAttrach approved the translations.
