Updates

  • numpy-like support for MedicalVolume objects
  • Improved DICOM reading/writing for XRays and sorting files
  • Add multiprocessing support for registration module
  • Add multiprocessing polyfit/curve-fit support

Key Changes

  • Add numpy support for MedicalVolume
  • Add registration module based on Elastix/Transformix that supports multiprocessing
  • Replace registration functions with dosma.register call
  • Fix xray loading from dicoms
  • Support DICOM loading on multiple attributes
  • Add conversion function from orientation + pixel spacing + origin -> affine
  • Add support for sorting slices before reading/writing in DICOM format
  • Add collect_env function for debugging
  • Handle yaml safe loading warning for preferences
  • Create fitting module for polyfit and curve fit operations
