This puts all hyde-specific flags under a top-level
hydefield in YAML output.This also comes with a new flag,
--fixup-hyde-subfield, that when used during a--hyde-updatewill pull all top-level fields excepttitleandlayoutunder ahydesubfield.Fixes issue #75.
