scream is a transpiler that was born solely out of my realisation that Scheme, or atleast Guile Scheme, had a read builtin, that read a file in as an s-expression.

if the parsing is already done for me, and if i decide to target C as my backend, i could make a usable programming language. and i did! i made this first commit on the same day i started it and it already works, enough to run the example. and it’s under 100 LOC (which will change soon, i assume, but even so thats impressive imo).

note: this is my first ever scheme program, i made this to learn scheme before migrating to Guix. i wouldn’t wanna run my entire OS on a language i didn’t know anything about…
