VSCode Extension that launches https://github.com/developerforce/lwc-builder-ui in VSCode context

To install LWC Builder:

• Download the last VSIX file from the generated-assets folder
• Open the command palette and look for "Extensions: Install from VSIX..." and select the downloaded VSIX file

This extension is distributed under the BSD-3 license.

To open LWC Builder:

• Open the command palette and find "Open LWC Builder" command
• Right click on your "lwc" folder and click on "Open LWC Builder"
