The majority of use cases only need this simple _redirects file to work (with any modern client side JS framework such as React, there is a single index.html in the build output and the routing logic is handled by the framework, so we just need to rewrite everything to the root).

This avoids user skipping this step / spending time understanding how IPFS works by browsing the docs / just giving up when their site doesn't work by providing a default that should be working for most use cases but also encouraging users to dig the links if needed.
