Thanks for your contribution.
Due to the ongoing severe internet restrictions in Iran, we have to wait for a better time to roll out updates, especially this PR, which includes updates to the tgbot. These changes may cause the bot to stop working unless the update is applied directly on the server.
Given the current situation, it might be impossible for some users to access the server via SSH to restart the service.

@aleskxyz can we merge this PR or at least update images?

I am getting severe memory leaks caused by gzxhwq/sing-box:1.8.14 image on Debian 12

@hingston thank you, everything seems to work perfectly fine now. I backed up my old config and restored it using your link so that all users and settings were transferred
