Yay, a new update!

• Control if a player can take tnt damage
• Reload command
• tntblocker.destroy is now tntblocker.grief

Now, you can control who can place tnts with the tntblocker.place permission and get a console message when a player without the permission try to place a tnt.

Oh, now we have a config!
