Simple evolutionary neural net for playing Super Mario Bros. on Nintaco NES emulator

1. Download Nintaco save the zip contents to nintaco/
2. Download Nintaco SDK save the zip contents to nintaco_API/
3. Get your hands on a Super Mario Bros. ROM, and save it in roms/
4. run java -jar nintaco/Nintaco.jar roms/rom_name.nes where rom_name.nes is the name of your rom
5. do tools > start program server then in the pop up click start server
6. Run python test.py
