Added notification and topic support. Changed exponential backoff algorithm. Modified Sender public functions so now there is only one public Send function.

Hi,
We are using your library for sending messages to Gcm, but we are unable to mock the endpoint and make integration tests. This PR change would help us a lot and still keep your API the same.
