Several colors and faces were modified, in particular, org and markdown faces for blocks of text.

Also background colors for some faces were adjusted.

Added faces for rst, company, magit 2.1.0, geiser, guix, helm, flyspell, calendar, diary, tabbar, vc (mode-line) and some other faces.

Added support for ignoring faces and variables that should not be themed.
