测试了下，的确方便很多。不知道为啥当初设置的是 screenReaderMode true 😂 |

这也是我调试的时候发现右侧滚动条鼠标没法拖动，然后就去看了下。😂然后就定位到是screenReaderMode这个的问题，然后想到screenReaderMode似乎目前用处不大，所以提了这个PR。😂 |

原webConsole中初始化xterm时screenReaderMode参数为true，导致webConsole右侧滚动条不可鼠标点击拖动，同时鼠标右击也不可复制粘贴。鉴于screenReaderMode使用场景目前几乎没有，希望默认改为false提升用户体验。
