Hi team,
Just a tiny change to the html template (screenshot below) to add the "Locations" column. This really helps with triaging so we know which app/which code is violating and can get the fix in. Since adding this could expand the width of the column a fair bit, i increased the max-width to 1600px for big screen users :)
