In order to improve the experience using the Anchore GitHub Actions, we would like to try to align the usage as closely as possible. This PR adds:
ACTIONS_STEP_DEBUGparameter, as documented by GitHubimageorpathspecified, use the sane default of the workspace rootThis fixes #144
