💻 I hold a Master's degree in Bioinformatics at the University of Minho, Braga, Portugal.
🧬 My academic journey culminated in a Master's dissertation titled "Genomic profiling of gastrointestinal stromal tumours using whole-exome sequencing", where I studied the genomic profile of GIST patients using whole-exome sequencing data and correlated the molecular profile with their clinical features, identifying clinically relevant genetic variants in GIST and contributing to understanding tumour genomics and potential therapeutic targets.
🚀 I'm driven by purpose so my goal is to create meaningful impact in healthcare through data-driven solutions!
🎵 I'm passionate about music and I know how to play guitar, flute, ukulele and a little bit of piano!
