Fixes Issues - #1808 and #1809

Description

• Fixed the issue where -

1.) Collection Plugin webview.

• On clicking "Open Plugin" threw a "Path does not exist" error.
• The issue was due to missing pluginName and pluginType in the payload. Updated handleInitOpenScaffoldedFolderClick to include these values.

2.) Collection/Playbook Project webview.

• Selecting "Init Path" using the folder explorer button updates "Log File Path" as well.
• Similarly, selecting "Log File Path" using the file explorer button updates "Init Path" incorrectly.
• The issue was caused by message.arguments.selectedUri being assigned to initPathUrlTextField or logFilePath based on source, but there was no explicit check ensuring that each field updated independently.
• Modified the openExplorer function** to correctly differentiate between the two fields and ensured that Init Path and Log File Path update separately without affecting each other.
