This adds support for a custom config file path via the
--configFilePathflag.I like to keep my project root as clean as possible - having a dozen config files sitting there just feels messy. With this change, you can now place your bump config wherever you want (like
.config/release/bump.config.ts) and just pass the path when runningbumpp.Linked Issues
