💭 Motivation

We want to be able to filter the expenses by month and have the data table show the data from that month.

🗒️ Description

• Changes the getExpenses query so that it receives a period string, comprised of the year + the month, i.e. "202502";
• Changes typing to accommodate for the changes in month selection;
• Update tests;
• Bonus: translates the "No results." label to "Nenhum registro encontrado".

🛠️ Testing

• Automatic test were updated;
• The month dropdown now works in the frontend (assuming you created at least one expense in the month you filter by).
