Steam:
Launch options seem like they cannot be edited through the script, seems like a dead end. User will have to manually change their game launch options in the launcher.

Epic:
Epic games doesn't support running scripts from their launch options, not sure what to do next for epic. Seems like the only option for epic users is to give them a desktop shortcut or something to launch the script.
