🚀 Getting Started

Prerequisites

Quick Start

DoseFlow runs entirely in your web browser with no installation required:

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/yourusername/doseflow.git
  2. Navigate to the frontend directory and open index.html:

    cd doseflow/frontend
    start index.html

🖥️ Usage Guide

1. Upload Your Medication

  • Click the "Choose File" button
  • Select a clear image of your medication packaging or a PDF with prescription information
  • The system will briefly process your file (indicated by a loading animation)

2. Review Simplified Information

After processing, you'll receive simplified information including:

Information Description
Drug Name Both brand name and generic compound
Strength Dosage amount in appropriate units
Schedule When and how often to take
Instructions Specific guidance for proper administration
Warnings Important cautions and potential side effects

3. Access & Share

  • Listen: Click "Read Aloud" for audio playback with pause/resume functionality
  • Save: Generate a clean PDF document by clicking "Download PDF"
  • Print: Use your browser's print function for a physical copy
