This release is the most stable out of the other 3.

This releases fixes the following bugs:

1. Crash on Linux due to paging out
2. Crash due to IDT shadowing handling
3. Crash on Windows due to the printing interface overflowing

And some misc fixes to Nested VMX (still experimental!) and executable
page hooking.
