2. Install node.js with npm
3. $ npm install
4. Install stack (http://haskellstack.org)
5. stack setup
6. stack build
7. stack exec MyBooks
8. Open http://localhost:8000

Alternatively you can also build and run a docker image from the included Dockerfile.

You should have local instance of CouchDB running at http://localhost:5984. Official docker image works just fine.
