🎯 Summary

PIMS-2344

Changes

  • Minor dependency updates
  • Major updates for vite and jest. Seemingly no issues, but must be on minimum Node v22 for vite.

Had to downgrade jest to 29.7.0 from 23.0 as its incompatible with the typescript version 5.8.2.
