Description

Uses API v3 (namespace --> gateway).

Addresses:

• Namespace to Gateway - gwa namespace to gwa gateway #103
• Namespace to Gateway - gwa gateway create, gateway naming behaviour #104

Alongside work to support the Namespace to Gateway change, also addresses:

• "Gateway Services publish failed" message when using gwa apply #99
• kong-httpbin template does not work with gwa apply #105
• stop-gap fix for Add gwa routes or similar to retrieve helpful links #100, adding --hosts to gwa status to get host during validation step in quick start process
