beaker can accept 'SKIP' result, so make the function accept it SKIP to make things easy. Otherwise user will have to use 'rstrnt-report-result "somethign" SKIP' to do the thing, which is not harness independent. Signed-off-by: Chunyu Hu <[email protected]>
