• Add commands for setting default entries and "via" information
• Allow to use the Kubernetes token for remote authentication/authorization
• Allow to use use username/password and bearer tokens for authentication

Notes

Windows: When you use the ZIP archive, you might need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, if you haven't done so already. It may be installed to your system by another application which required it. When using the MSI file, this will be automatically installed, when necessary.
