Updates the .NET SDK from version 9.0.302 to 9.0.304 and upgrades several NuGet packages to their latest versions:

  • System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs: 9.0.5 → 9.0.8
  • System.Collections.Immutable: 9.0.5 → 9.0.8
  • System.Reflection.Metadata: 9.0.5 → 9.0.8
  • Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection: 9.0.5 → 9.0.8
  • Microsoft.IdentityModel.JsonWebTokens: 8.11.0 → 8.14.0
  • Basic.Reference.Assemblies.Net80: 1.8.0 → 1.8.3
  • Basic.Reference.Assemblies.Net90: 1.8.0 → 1.8.3
  • Verify.XunitV3: 30.1.0 → 30.7.3
  • xunit.v3 packages: 2.0.2 → 3.0.1 ⚠️ Major version update
  • xunit.runner.visualstudio: 3.1.0 → 3.1.4
  • Microsoft.TestPlatform.ObjectModel: 17.14.0 → 17.14.1
