In order to prevent old versions of DC from showing an error message because an added member isn't verified, add back the Chat-Verified header, close Send Chat-Verified header in previously protected chats if all members are verified #7326
In feat: Be more generous with marking contacts as verified for now #7336, I already removed the migration that was resetting existing verifications. Now, in a future version of Delta Chat, we will want to reset at least indirect verifications. If we kept sending the _verified header now, then this would gossip the existing (wrong) indirect verifications to this future version of Delta Chat, effectively undermining the reset.
In order to prevent this, this PR here sends doesn't send the _verified header anymore.
