Update the 7-zip binaries to the latest version (25.01). Also updates the corresponding tests to ensure the correct version is shipped with Chocolatey CLI. The credit information has also been updated using the license generator tool.
Since the last update to this file, there have been some tweaks to the license generator tool, and as a result, after running the tool for this release, some changes had to be made. This commit is the result of the updates being applied.

Description Of Changes
Update the 7-zip binaries to the latest version (25.01). Also updates
the corresponding tests to ensure the correct version is shipped with

There has been a new release of 7-zip to fix a CVE that was reported on it.
