The updated zipped CHORAS!

Bugs fixed:

• Removed matplotlib dependency in Diffusion backend
• Correctly handing Default settings
• Resolved issues with using 0.0.0.0 rather than localhost

This is the first zipped version of CHORAS (including all submodules required). This release can be used if issues are encountered with properly cloning the repository and its subrepositories. The rest of the steps in the readme should still be followed for a proper installation.
