What does this solve?

The component isn't currently documented on the clerk docs. This PR adds documentation for it.

What changed?

  • Adds documentation for the component
  • Fixed the wrong description for RedirectToCreateOrganization component

Note: I am still in the process of testing this, and will be having a call with Laura this week to double check on things, but thought I'd get the review process going.

DO not merge: need to be tested

@alexisintech just wanted to update you on this one - @LauraBeatris and I had a call to go through the flow and test things, and there were some issues that Laura is looking into. I've put the PR as blocked while we're waiting for this.
