I opened this to address #233 . I was naive in my thinking about how
git pushwould subsequentlywork and assumed it was easy to convince git to push to differently-named branches. while possible,
it requires more manual user intervention than i'd like.
This PR reverts my branch name prefixing, restoring
pr checkoutto how it was prior. I'll reopenthe original issue and take the approach Mislav originally suggested of only prefixing when it's
actually necessary and warning the user that such prefixing took place.
